As domain and hosting is the property of the client, they are non-refund-able

If any client withdraw project on any time, there payment will be non-refundable.

If our company withdraw from the project, the development cost can be refundable as per discussion while project was accepted

The projects that are not delivered on time due to conflicting requirements are not refundable if client withdraws
